2007 Perpetuity Cabernet Sauvignon
As with our 2006 vintage, the 2007 Cabernet is full and rich with tannins but retains the elegance and softness of this vineyard. There is plenty of extract to age the wine for 10 years or so. Aromas tend toward blackberry, cassis and black cherry, with components of herbal and green tea.
